Then please fill out the form below or send your concern directly to this e-mail address: complaints@herres-sekt.com
Please include the product name and lot number (usually marked on the back label, e.g. "L22265-5").
We will contact you as soon as possible.

Note: The product complained about can be subsequently requested by us for internal investigation.
